Kaz\u0131m Karabekir Mahallesi \u015eehit Hikmet \u00d6zer Caddesi No:6 adresinde yer alan yap\u0131, belediye taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla Ahi-Kent Lokantas\u0131 olarak yeniden d\u00fczenlendi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Belediye birimlerinin koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla titizlikle tamamlanan lokanta,mahallenin ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tasarland\u0131. 112 metrekare i\u00e7 alan ve toplamda 1.078 metrekarelik geni\u015f bir alana sahip olan Ahi-Kent Lokantas\u0131, modern ve ferah yap\u0131s\u0131yla vatanda\u015flara konforlu bir ortam sunuyor. Lokanta i\u00e7erisinde 42 ki\u015filik, teras\u0131nda 14 ki\u015filik ve bah\u00e7e ile kamelya alanlar\u0131nda 88 ki\u015filik oturma d\u00fczeni bulunuyor. B\u00f6ylece tesis,toplamda 144 ki\u015filik kapasitesiyle Etimesgut L\u0131lar\u0131n bulu\u015fma noktas\u0131 olmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bina i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemelerle vatanda\u015flar\u0131n rahat\u00e7a yemek yiyebilecekleri,sosyalle\u015febilecekleri alanlar olu\u015fturulurken, bah\u00e7ede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen peyzaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde ye\u015fil ve huzurlu bir ortam sa\u011fland\u0131.
