\u00c7ankaya Belediyesi, olu\u015fturdu\u011fu “\u00c7ankaya \u0130leti\u015fim Merkezi” ile vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u015fikayetlerini ve taleplerini dinliyor ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131yor. Yeni nesil teknoloji imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131larak vatanda\u015flar\u0131n “\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm noktas\u0131” olan merkezin 2025 raporu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00f6stergesi oldu. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda vatanda\u015flardan gelen 264 Bin 85 talep ve \u015fikayetin y\u00fczde 92,1’lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olumlu sonu\u00e7land\u0131ran merkez, g\u00fcnde ortalama 800 ila 1000 ba\u015fvuru ile ilgileniyor. Merkeze en \u00e7ok “Sokak Hayvanlar\u0131” , “\u0130n\u015faat ve Tadilat Alanlar\u0131”, “Huzur Bozucu Davran\u0131\u015flar” , “Emlak Bildirim”, “Eski Mobilya ve Ah\u015fap At\u0131klar\u0131” ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda talepler geliyor.<\/p>\n

Y\u00dcZDE 95’\u0130N \u00dcZER\u0130NDE OLUMLU D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n

Talep, \u00f6neri ve \u015fik\u00e2yetleri tek bir kanalda toplayan ve vatanda\u015flara 24 saat i\u00e7erisinde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flayan merkeze 1 Ocak 2025 ile 1 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 264 Bin 85 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu ba\u015fvurular\u0131n 243 bin 395’i h\u0131zl\u0131ca tamamlan\u0131rken; Sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n, gelen ba\u015fvurulara oran\u0131 ise yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 95,2 olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Vatanda\u015flar taleplerini, y\u00fczde 66,3 oran\u0131nda 444 06 01 \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi \u00fczerinden iletirken, isteklerin 33,7’si ise sosyal medya ile whatsapp uygulamas\u0131, web sitesi, C\u0130MER, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, dilek\u00e7e ve e-posta \u00fczerinden geldi.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ankaya Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 H\u00fcseyin Can G\u00fcner, 2025’in ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irdikleri yeni ileti\u015fim sisteminin \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc, h\u0131zl\u0131 ileti\u015fim ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme odakl\u0131 \u015fekilde i\u015fledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. G\u00fcner, \u201cYeni sistemimizle belediyemizi, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan gelen talep, \u015fik\u00e2yet ve istek merkezli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fck. Bu halkla ileti\u015fim projemiz asl\u0131nda belediye y\u00f6netimini tamamen vatanda\u015fa b\u0131rakan bir projedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k halk\u0131n talebi ve iste\u011fi Belediyemizin hizmet takvimi ve planlamas\u0131nda daha da fazla \u00f6n plana ge\u00e7ti.
