\u00c7ankaya Belediyesi, planl\u0131 kentle\u015fme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kent d\u00fczenini ve ya\u015fam kalitesini korumak i\u00e7in imar planlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 yap\u0131la\u015fmayla m\u00fccadelesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00c7evresel ve kentsel de\u011ferlerin korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla t\u00fcm birimler koordinasyon i\u00e7inde titiz bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Belediye, Yukar\u0131 Bah\u00e7elievler Mahallesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, Eser Sitesi alan\u0131nda yer alan ve 2612 Ada 30 Parsel \u00fczerinde bulunan akaryak\u0131t istasyonuna ait imar plan\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 yap\u0131lar, Yap\u0131 Kontrol M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen y\u0131k\u0131m program\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonucunda, s\u00f6z konusu yap\u0131 ve eklentilerin mevcut imar planlar\u0131na uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilerek gerekli yasal i\u015flemler uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ankaya Belediyesi, il\u00e7ede ya\u015fayan ve g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik ziyaret eden t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, modern ve planl\u0131 bir kent ortam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131layabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu do\u011frultuda, imar planlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilen ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015fmaya m\u00fcsamaha g\u00f6sterilmeyece\u011fi ve kent esteti\u011fini, \u00e7evre d\u00fczenini ve kamu yarar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeten uygulamalara \u00f6ncelik verilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n
