Makine M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi ile \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve S\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7evre ve Toplum Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Denetim Birimi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen denetimler kapsam\u0131nda, i\u015f yerlerinden kaynaklanan duman, yo\u011fun koku, ya\u011f buhar\u0131 ve partik\u00fcl sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130l\u00e7e genelinde d\u00fczenli saha taramalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, risk yo\u011funlu\u011fu tespit edilen b\u00f6lgelerde planl\u0131 ve programl\u0131 kontroller uygulan\u0131yor. K\u00f6m\u00fcr ve odunla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kebap ocaklar\u0131, yo\u011fun pi\u015firme kapasitesine sahip f\u0131r\u0131n ve pastaneler, \u0131zgara ve mangal tipi \u00fcretim yapan i\u015fletmeler ile end\u00fcstriyel mutfaklar detayl\u0131 incelemeye al\u0131n\u0131yor. Denetimlerde eksiklik tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere gerekli uyar\u0131lar\u0131n yap\u0131l\u0131yor, mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 durumlarda ise yasal i\u015flem uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
